Having difficulty signing up?

Troubleshooting

  • Are you re-entering from leave? We may need to add you to the TutorTrac system so that you can sign in. Email the McGraw Center.
  • No appointments are listed? There may not be any appointments open at this time, check back as the schedule is updated frequently. If you are looking for individual tutoring appointments please note that they are posted on Friday for the following Sunday through Wednesday window. If the calendar dates continue jumping forward you have viewed all available appointments and will need to check back later for additional options.
  • Did you click on the “completed intake” button (near the top of the page) for your learning consultation? This is a required field to submit your form. Please note that completing the intake does NOT sign you up for an appointment.
  • Are you having difficulty signing up for a REPEATING learning consultation? Email Nic Voge.
  • Did you have difficulty completing the evaluation of your learning consultation? Please use this link, https://form.jotform.com/mcgraw/consultation-evaluation(link is external), and if that does not work, email Nic Voge.
