Bio/Description

What motivates you to assist others in their learning, share your knowledge, etc.?
What motivates me to help others arises from my personal experiences and academic journey. During moments of uncertainty, I struggled without guidance, which motivated my desire to support students who were struggling. I want to bring a light of support to someone's journey and make them feel supported.

Princeton is known to be rigorous and often competitive, how might a culture of intellectual kindness and generosity be nurtured and sustained in this context?
As Princeton students, we constantly question whether we are doing enough, and having someone who will take a moment to listen to what we have to say or how we feel is necessary. It's perfectly normal to not always be at our best, as failure is simply a part of the journey towards success. And even when we don't quite grasp the situation, we must remember that every challenge is an opportunity to learn and grow. For that reason, being kind to someone in a difficult situation can make a difference in their journey, even if that's a one-time action.

What other thoughts or experiences do you want to share about the theme of “academic generosity” this initiative aims to recognize?
I never expected to receive this recognition and am humbled by it. At the same time, It brings me joy to know that my actions have touched someone, and I am grateful to that person for recognizing them. This beautiful initiative is an encouragement to help others and not be indifferent to their needs.
