Courtney is a support and training analyst for Canvas.  Leading one-on-one and group training sessions, she works closely with faculty and staff to promote the successful use of Princeton's learning management system.  Courtney also develops documentation and knowledge articles, advises on updates and configurations, and assists with the management of applications integrated with Canvas. Courtney is passionate about leveraging technology to support the university’s mission in teaching and learning.

Courtney previously worked for the Learning Management System group in OIT and assisted with Princeton's transition from Blackboard to Canvas.  As a graduate of Rutgers University and a technology trainer for over 25 years, Courtney spent most of her career in higher education with Montclair State University.
