Carl Adair



Carl Adair is a fifth-year graduate student in the English Department, focusing on 19th and 20th century debates around the interpretation of poetry as they relate to the contemporary discourse of what religion might be. He has precepted at Princeton, taught accredited classes to incarcerated students through the Princeton Prison Teaching Initiative, and worked with elementary school students on the autism spectrum. He is passionate about cultivating hospitable and playful environments in which every student is challenged to put new ideas into practice.
