Women generally speak far less than men in undergraduate engineering classes, but this is not always the case, according to Princeton researchers. Photo by iStock March 23, 2022 Nikita Dutta (*21) did her PhD with Professor Craig Arnold as part of the MAE department and PRISM. Her doctoral work focused on characterizing structural evolution and structure-property relationships in solution-processed optoelectronic materials. At Princeton, she also pursued an interest in STEM education as a graduate fellow at the McGraw Center and a university administrative fellow at the Education & Outreach Office of the Princeton Center for Complex Materials. She is currently a Director’s Postdoctoral Fellow at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory in Colorado.
