Dan’s chief duties are in overseeing the daily operation of the Digital Learning Lab. This year’s tasks will include transitioning the Lab into a teaching-centric space, training and managing student staff, and promoting the use of the Lab through outreach and social media. He will also assist other staff in overseeing educational technologies in teaching and learning at Princeton, and in implementing faculty projects supported by the McGraw Center.
Dan has been at Princeton since 2009. He holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in the History of American Civilization from the University of Delaware, where he completed a dissertation on material culture in 2013. He holds an additional M.A. in the History of Textiles and Dress from the Winchester School of Art, and received his B.A. in History and English Literature from the University of Connecticut.
