Imposters Anonymous Discussion Groups

Introduction

Do you ever feel like your success is undeserved, or as if your accomplishments are merely a result of luck? Do you often compare yourself to others? These feelings are common among graduate students and others in academia, but you don't have to confront them by yourself!

What is this series?

In this join four-part series designed to help you push back against imposter stress, supportive conversations are led by trained graduate peer coaches [link toCoach Bios page] as part of a collaboration between the McGraw Center for Teaching and Learning and the Grad Student Government (GSG) Mental Health Initiative. Each session is designed specifically to help you learn strategies for overcoming imposter stress in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Come to one event or all four, depending on your schedule. We look forward to seeing you there.
